Week 14: Your NetStaff CS Account Password

Happy Tech Tuesday! This week, we go over Your NetStaff CS Account Password.

 

Your NetStaff CS account is used to access your CS Professional Suite applications in the Cloud.

Wheeler Accounting staff accounts are set to require a password change every 90 days for this account. We will go over changing your NetStaff CS account password, as well as what to do if you have forgotten your NetStaff CS account password.

 

Changing Your NetStaff CS Account Password

  1. Login to https://secure.netlinksolution.com/nextgen/ with your Wheeler e-mail address and your current NetStaff CS account password.
  2. The NetStaff CS main screen will load into your browser.
    1. Click your name near the upper-right corner of the screen.
    2. Choose Update Password.
  3. Enter your new password.
    Note: A Password Requirements popup opens and shows password requirements.
  4. After typing in your new password in the first field:
    1. Enter the new password again in the Confirm Password field.
    2. Click Enter.
  5. Your NetStaff CS account password has now been updated.

 

 

If You Lost or Forgot Your Password

Reset your password using the steps below.

  1. Navigate to https://secure.netlinksolution.com/nextgen/ and click the Forgot password link.
  2. In the Password Reset screen:
    1. Enter your Wheeler email address for both Login and Email fields.
    2. Click OK to have a temporary password sent to your email address.
  3. You will be notified that the temporary password was sent to your email address. Click Close.
  4. Check your Inbox for the email from Wheeler Accountants LLP (email@wheelercpa.com) for your new temporary NetStaff CS password.
  5. Login to https://secure.netlinksolution.com/nextgen/ with your email address and new temporary password.
  6. You will be asked to enter a new password and confirm it in the second box.
    Note: A Password Requirements popup opens and shows password requirements.
  7. After you confirm your new password, you will get a confirmation back from NetStaff CS that your password has changed.
