Calendar Sharing
Sharing your Calendar in Outlook
For the firm to function smoothly, all employees’ Outlook calendars must be shared appropriately. This document will cover how to share your Outlook calendar.
- From your Outlook window:
- Switch to your Calendar tab.
- Right-click your Calendar.
- When the dropdown menu opens, select Sharing Permissions.
- In the Calendar Properties window:
- Click on My Organization.
- Change the Permissions to “Can view all details”.
- To add more groups, click the Add button.
- From the Add Users window:
- Add the AllAdmin group.
- Add the z_Partners_Managers group.
- Click OK.
- Back in the Calendar Properties window:
- Select each group, individually.
- Change the Permissions to “Can edit”.
- Click OK.
- Your calendar is now properly shared for Wheeler.
